I am a Certified Holistic Nutritionist with the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition. In my first year in Hong Kong, I struggled with many digestive and hormone issues, including a few visits to the hospital. Trying to keep up with the demands from my professional and social lives left me completely depleted.

    If you are looking for a shorter-term commitment, you can book an initial consultation and a follow-up session with me. You will receive a personalised protocol with actionable steps to get you started.

  • 1-Month Kickstart Program

    A one-month program to help you get started and lay the framework for better digestion, increased energy, and a healthier you. This program includes everything you need to feel supported as you start getting to the root of your health concerns.

  • 12-Week Nutrition Coaching

    With my 12-week program, I will map out a plan for you and walk by your side to help you execute on that plan, so you can realise your health goals. This involves balancing blood sugar, supporting the gut, managing stress, reducing toxic load, and supporting detoxification.
