Hey there, I’m Vera..

I am a Certified Holistic Nutritionist with the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition. My health journey started when I moved from my home country South Africa to the busy streets of Hong Kong, and realised the importance of our food and lifestyle choices on our health. 

My first year in Hong Kong I struggled with many digestive and hormone issues, including a few visits to the hospital. Trying to keep up with the demands from my professional and social lives left me completely depleted and I soon started to explore the “why” behind me feeling this way. That’s when I discovered the importance of food and how it can affect your mood, energy, and everyday life. My diet changed from eating out all the time to clean eating which included natural, alive and good-quality foods. Not only did the bloating disappear, I also started to see other changes in my body such as better skin, more energy, no more period pains, and a body I feel more comfortable in. With the knowledge I gained through my own health journey, as well as what I learned at the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition, I am now ready to help others to become the best possible you.

When I’m not spending time running in nature, soaking up the sun, or whipping up new smoothies in my kitchen, I love sharing my knowledge about my fascination with food and living a healthy life!
